Mississauga FC is proud to celebrate the success of defender Asuan Tomlinson, who has officially signed with Emmaus University as part of their 2025 recruiting class. Standing at 6’0” and known for his strong defensive presence, Asuan developed his game with Mississauga FC before moving on to Brampton Centennial Secondary School, where he continued to excel both on and off the field.
At Emmaus, Asuan will be studying Business Management while continuing to pursue soccer at a high level. He chose the university for its balance of athletics, academics, and spiritual growth — a combination that reflects his dedication not only to the game but also to his personal values and faith.
“Asuan is an example of what we strive for at Mississauga FC,” said Mo Habibzi, Club President. “His work ethic, technical ability, and character have set him apart, and we’re excited to see him take this next step in his journey.”
